We don’t provide housing ourselves, but we guide and support you through the entire process: from understanding the rental market, to submitting your application, to preparing for move-in day.

We do not guarantee housing, but we significantly increase your chances of securing a place by helping you:

No. We are not licensed real estate agents — and that’s intentional.
Our focus is on student support, not selling or leasing property. We help you understand the process, prepare your application, and feel more confident navigating the rental system — especially if you’re overseas or new to Australia.
We don’t manage properties, handle payments, or sign leases on your behalf.

We do not submit applications or negotiate leases for you, as this would require a real estate license under Australian law.

Review your application to make sure it’s strong and complete
Help you write or translate messages to agents
Offer follow-up support after you’ve submitted an application
Coach you through every step of the process

There are limited free spots available, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
